I notice that Diagrams.fm is not present in my FM10 installation. Maybe
temporarily removing it will help you pin it down as the culprit in FM11.

The only (unusual) use of Lucida fonts is in file
$HOME\clipart\Diagrams.fm - but i have never heard that these files
are 'inspected' during start of FM.
