We haven't used these language yet, but we are preparing. Our plan is:

1) convert FrameMaker to XML,
2) translate XML,
3) generate HTML (and HTML Help) from XML using XSLT,
4) publish XML as PDF through LaTeX.

The steps 1 and 3 are simple for us due to good skills in XSLT, and the
step 4 is in experimental stage.
