Hi, It?s no problem to get bookmarks and cropmarks. The only prerequisite is that your paper size is larger than the page size. You can set up the paper size easily in "File | Print Setup". Then print to file with any "Registration Marks" selected and "Generate Acrobat Data" activated.
In Acrobat click on "Document | Crop Pages" and click on "Set to Zero" and select the page range. That?s it. You should have bookmarks and crop marks.
