Perhaps a generated alphabetic list of markers could be used. Place a marker (choose a type) at the beginning of each topic containing the reviewer's name.
Or rethink your production process. Perhaps you should produce files with one topic per file and build custom books for each reviewer. Or even not create books but manage each file/topic lifecycle individually. Eric L.
