Yes. Change the graphics mapping for those overdrawn images to something else (PNG instead of PNGImportByReferece) and edit the graphics macro to give you the output you desire. But because you are using FM tools on top of the image, WWP has to rasterize the image to flatten the drawings and the image together and save it out as one new graphic for use in the CHM.
