Note that there is a very good reason why you did not find Times New Roman when you did a search. With the "Remember Missing Font Names" preference turned on, the substitution only occurs on the screen (and in any printed output). The font specifications that are in the document itself are *not* changed-- that's the whole point of the "remember names" option. Only after opening the file with "remember names" turned off would you find the substituted font specified by name in the file itself.
