Hi Graeme, I'm not certain why you are using an anchored frame to separate your paragraphs. Why not just add space between them, then you can specify which paragraphs need to a "keep with next" setting. This does away with the extra paragraph between each text paragraph.
These setting are in the Paragraph Designer.
