HI Ted, I had the same problem.
This was the solution that I used given by Paul Schnall from one of my other lists: "I have had the same problem, and it is a little more work but I create the letter using the visio drawing tools and then save it in my favorites. Now I just bring it into the visio file and place it where I like."
