Can FM6 and FM8 coexist on the same computer?

FM6.0p405 on WIndows XP v2002 Service Pack 3 (Xeon CPU 2.4GHz, 3GB RAM)

Can I install FM8 on this computer, having both FM6 and FM8 coexist? 

Are there any issues that I should be aware of?
