-----Original Message----- Subject: Visually Identifying Marker Tags Hi Framers, I've just been searching the Adobe FM forums and haven't had much luck finding out if there's any way for FM to better identify marker tags of varying types (like index, cross-reference, and custom Context Sensitive Help ones) with a Character format that makes them stand out for easier identification. I'm starting from the premise that you've got the View > Text Symbols turned on already. But, they just show you the marker "T's" in the same font and colour as your content text. They also tend to run into punctuation and paragraph marks, which obscure the marker tag. I've only run across one method for making these markers "pop out" visually: create custom Character formats and then manually apply them to the marker types you desire using either a Find/Replace or after the marker has been inserted. I'm using FM9 p196 with the new TCS 2 and what I'd like to find out is if anyone has discovered a better way to accomplish this or if Adobe has somehow built this into the new version 9 of FM (and I just haven't found out how to do it). Thanks for any assistance, Jeff Coatsworth Documentation Specialist Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. 905-886-0544 905-886-8511 (fax) jeff.coatsworth at jonassoftware.com
