What's the end goal in making this identification? Perhaps visual ID is an "intermediate step" to that end goal that might not be as critical if there's a simpler way to get to that end goal. Our marker toolset, IXgen, has a couple of different ways to view markers, including elevating marker text directly into the body text of the document, with their own character format (and you can change the formatting). Hard to miss them then! If the goal is to simply edit marker content, easily and all at once, IXgen can provide a tabular list of marker text that you can manipulate. IXgen also includes ways to create new markers, and do several other marker-related tasks. For more information visit www.fsatools.com.
