I was looking at the FM10 help and decided that I'd like to have the PDF as it's easier to skim through. And the online help has a (mostly useless) search function and no index.
Much to my surprise, I found that the PDF had no index (unlike the FM9 user's guide (essentially the same document) which is indexed. I'm boggled, and disappointed.
