According to the Adobe forum, I think this is a known issue with Win7 64 bit installs. They were working on a solution, but I haven't heard of anything being announced yet.

We were unable to figure why I can't print to Acrobat PDF distiller. The distiller is the one that came with FM10. My system shows that the file was sent to the printer, however, there is no file created anywhere. When I try to save as PDF, all the Arial Black fonts change to Times New Roman. The resulting PDF file appears to have squares instead of characters. I have tried to replace the true type fonts to no avail. If I change to another font, the problem goes away. The document can save as PDF on FM8. FM9 and FM10 appear to have the same save as problem. FM 9 is able to print to PDF. If anyone can give me some assistance, I would appreciate it.
