Someone had previously reported that checking the "Convert CMYK to RGB" fixed teh Arial Black font problem in Save As PDF. If that doesn't do it, there were also some problems reported with certain versions of Arial Black that were included, if I remember correctly, with certain Windows Service Pack updates. If you search the Web for "Arial Black problems," you should be able to find more information on it.
