He disagrees. I am amazed that he can disagree! In my experience, the quality of a company?s web site and its documentation is a _clear_ indicator. If an organization cannot take the time and trouble to make sure their documentation is accurate and has a ?consistent? look-and-feel, I worry about the same sloppiness in the rest of the company, their products and their support.
