Omni Systems released MIF2Go 4.0 last week. (It's an add-on for FrameMaker, competes with Flare, RoboHelp, and WebWorks.)
This is the first major upgrade in a while. In addition to a lot of bug fixes (many previously distributed as patches), installation is simplified and you no longer need to copy files to the Windows directory. They also rolled out a new Web site with forums and an online support UI: http://mif2go.com Plus, free software "for anyone who is unemployed, is an underemployed consultant (you decide if you are), or is an academic, including students, faculty, and staff. It is also available to most nonprofits that work for humanitarian and ecological causes, and to groups that develop FOSS (Free Open Source Software). We do not require verification; we use the Honor System instead." http://mif2go.com/free_offer
