As of this morning, when starting FM10 a message indicating "licensing expired" shows up, and the program would not run. (likely related to the change of year -- best wishes for 2013!)
Other FM10 users in different locations encountered a similar problem. The Adobe chat representative suggested contacting Adobe tech support by phone, where I (expectedly) got a "closed for the holiday" message. FM11, FM9 and FM8 do start as expected.
