If it is a hypertext marker (Special > Hypertext, or Special > Marker, hypertext type), then you need: message URL mailto:TdeV at bstw.com ("message" should be all lower case, "URL" all caps) This will result in a clickable link in the PDF you generate; apply a character format if you need to also make the link visible. Variables cannot be interactive, so this won't work when the e-email address is stored in a variable.
