Hello Theresa-- You can't use a variable in this case. What you want to do is have a "word" (for example "TdeV at bstw.com") that has the hypertext marker GoTO URL "mailto:TdeV at bstw.com" in it. Then you must tag the word with a character format tag (such as "link" -- you may need to create this tag).
