1. What happens after the first year is complete? Is it a "renewed every year for a year" contract? 2. Does cancelling after the first year still incur a 50% payment for the remaining months of that second year? And, one more favor (from my current soapbox - sorry). Please send a message to anybody at Adobe (if any) who cares to listen: 1. The overly high upgrade pricing for FrameMaker has priced it out of the reach of some (many?) individuals and small businesses who cannot justify its high cost anymore. As a result I (a long-term user of FrameMaker, since 1988) am pretty much abandoning it for all my future work.
