I'm pretty sure you can do all of those things with the default Publish feature. Whether or not it'll do it as well as ePublisher .. only you can decide that. If that's really all you need from ePublisher, it does seem unfortunate to buy it. I'd spend some time with FM13 Publish and see if you can get it to do what you need. Even if you need to do a little scripting, it seems like you'd benefit from trimming the tool chain a bit.

That said .. the jump from FM7.2 to FM13 will likely be far more disconcerting than the features of your Help output. I miss the good old days of pre-FM9. The nice clean UI without all of the pods. Oh well. You're lucky to be moving straight to FM13 instead of some of the interim releases .. much better!

Good luck!

I'm currently on a Windows 7 machine using Frame 7.2 and ePublisher 2012.4. My
Windows 10 machine should arrive any day. What I'm wondering is can I get Frame
15 to do the same work that ePub does and I therefore won't need to upgrade my
ePub but instead get rid of it.

What I need Frame 15 to be able to do is:

1. Generate CHM files (I know Frame 15 does this)

2. Use conditions (e.g. PDF_Only) so screenshots can be selected to be
excluded from the CHM output but included in the PDF output

3. Write my content using one font (e.g. Times) and have a different font
(e.g. Arial) used when the CHM file is generated

4. Use a cross-reference format that includes page numbers for the PDF
output but removes the page numbers for the CHM output

Thank you in advance for your help.
