One of the things I'd like to know is if it is possible to have everything in a folder print to PDF as if it were a single chapter. That is to say, I don't want each file in a folder (or group) to start on its own page. The Adobe help doesn't address this. I'm betting the answer is "you can't do that", but I figured I'd ask.
