I would even be content with obtaining some structured FrameMaker sample chapters because I could extract the EDDs from them. Unfortunately I no longer have access to any of my previous ATA EDDs and templates. If SGML is the required output then FDK or ExtendScript will probably be essential for the AMM. Maybe even the Structure API. Some of the ATA structures don't play well with FrameMaker objects.
