I've done that very thing but I'm getting an error message: No master pages applied because one or more master pages do not exist.
If anyone has links to helpful troubleshooting guides for this type of thing, I'd be thankful. You also need to have a unique paragraph tag for the other tables and define those in the Map to use your portrait master page. -----Original Message----- From: Framers <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Goodwin, Janet (FAA) Sent: June 21, 2023 2:03 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Framers] Landscape Page/Table Style Question Hello all, Is there a way to force a particular table style to always use the Landscape Master Page Layout type? I've grown weary of paging through 800 pages in order to correct pagination when there's an insertion or deletion that causes pages to roll. Thanks in advance! Curious, though: how would that play out if, some how, a page has both MP-dictating styles? First one wins? Second one (due to linear processing)? Widest one (due to intelligent coding that recognizes the bounding box overrun if portrait)? ... I miss FM. I've had success using a master page mapping table to use paragraph tags to automate the master page that is used. The Tech Comm Tools FrameMaker Working with Content book has an excellent section explaining how to produce the mapping table on a reference page.
