So far, only Raphael has responded with any names at all. That puts us at 4 names, of which I'd consider two or three "strong" candidates.
Once we have a few nominations, I'll ask around to make sure that the nominees are all potentially interested. Then I'll email the existing team off-list and ask for votes.
