Per esteele, checked approaches used in
[https://svn.plone.org/svn/archetypes/MoreFieldsAndWidgets/archetypes.querywidget/trunk/archetypes/querywidget
plone.app.collection's querywidget] and found that the
[http://labs.abeautifulsite.net/projects/js/jquery/multiSelect/demo/
LaViska & Richmond work] (mentioned above) includes almost all of those
approaches & many more, except for the practice or wrapping the selector
in definition list tags (recommended for name:value semantics in HTML5).
(This PLIP's widget may be a bit heavy for use in
[https://svn.plone.org/svn/archetypes/MoreFieldsAndWidgets/archetypes.querywidget/trunk/archetypes/querywidget
