That would fog it. You can KIND of use a #3 green panchromatic safelight filter for Tri-X once the development has started, but to be honest I can't see a damn thing with those filters even after an hour to let my eyes adjust and you still have to limit the amount of time it's on. Red filters like a #1 or #2 are only for commercial or ortho films... you can use them with many print stocks. Don't ever use anything other than a commercial safelight... a typical arrangement is a 15W incandescent with a #2 filter for use with print stocks. However... these days you can buy LED safelights that are brighter and less apt to expose print stocks.
