A quick update on this and warning to everybody: After calling literally 25-30 times without success I received an SMS by Robert 3 weeks ago in which he assured me that I will receive my money in 15 days and that it was all due to a work place accident. Not really surprising, the money didn’t arrive within this time frame. Upon further unsuccessful calls, he wrote me an e-mail again, that he can’t pick up cause he gives technical training for 6 weeks but the fund for me has been released and will soon be on my account. The typical stories of a liar and scammer.
I also talked to his former business partner who was not suprised by my story. As things like this really piss me off, I have now sought legal support and am ready to sue – I don’t care if this in the end costs me more than I paid for the looper. People who scam like this really make me furious and I’m willing to go at length to take them down. Don’t buy anything from this guy (also not on Ebay) and notify you friends / affiliated businesses.
