Mini RPM: March 14-16

RPM Festival returns in Spring 24. Delve into the world of experimental
film and media with five thought-provoking programs. Three nights of
screenings start with* Stephanie M Barber*’s shorts collection at Brattle
Theatre on Thursday night March 14th, 9pm. On Friday night, March 15th, two
programs provide an immersive experience in the 30-year journey of
hand-made, hand-processed 16mm film works from the renowned filmmaker
collective "*Film Farm*" and its organizer *Philip Hoffman*. Saturday
night, March 16th, the first program takes a turn with the Boston premiere
of *Jim Finn*'s latest mockumentary, 'The Apocalyptic is the Mother of All
Christian Theology,' alongside a curated selection of experimental shorts
that transport viewers through landscapes of cinematic breath, curated
by *Kalpana
Subramanian*. This event is co-sponsored by RPM Festival, Brattle Theatre,
Harvard FAS CAMLab, with the support of *SCMS* (Society for Cinema and
Media Studies).
