My film, Death in Lavender, has finished it's one-year festival circuit. The
film was created to look like it was made in the 1940s. Attention was paid to
location, a vintage automobile, props, costumes, dialect, lighting, camera
angles, etc. It was shot using a Bolex EBM, a crystal sync controller, a faux
leather blimp, and 400 ft. Kodak B&W film. The film was scanned (4K) and then
edited digitally. It was shown at over 20 film festivals.
