Don’t forget Tom Palazzolo. Perhaps America’s in Real Trouble or Love It/Leave It.

Yes – This is a History of New York by Jem Cohen
Little Fugitive by Rudy Burkhardt

Brian Frye has one called Battery Tulips – and Jonas Mekas of course his 365 Day Film

I've got one called Gun, Hat, Girl
which is a noir but is also a trip through Manhattan
its also a bit of a structuralist film / minimalist / instructions to projectionist film

enjoy

I think no one mentioned the fifth dvd of the compilation Unseen Cinema named, PICTURING A METROPOLIS
New York City Unveiled. There are 26 films that could be screened.

Concerning Spanish cities, in 1978 some known and unknown artists and filmmakers created a collective work named En la ciudad (In the City), a project curated by Eugeni Bonet.

What about Go, Go, Go by Marie Menken, Organism by Hillary Harris, some film by Jem Cohen or Jim Jennings? I don't know, the subject is so huge...

Hi all,
I’m co-curating a city themed series of screenings for a gallery in Ireland for late summer into autumn. Its a nice small darkened cinematic space with digital projection only (sorry). There’s no official open call but I’ld like to see if anyone has anything old or new to screen. There is a small fee for selected films.

Please contact me off-list.

Thanks
