Hello all.
I'm starting a rather large project of making a "garbage" film with leftover
black and white 16mm b-roll footage by way of scratching, tearing, stamping
holepunching and painting it. I'd also thought about reaching out to ask if
anyone on frame works had any black and white scraps b-roll they'd be willing
to donate?
I wonder if there are any colleges in the area that have 16mm lying around from
student shoots?
