Quoting Robert Schaller <[email protected]>: > Does anyone know anything about this?
No, but keep in mind that there are two types of corporate bankruptcies. In one, the company continues to operate; by defaulting on its debts, it hopes to become profitable again. Recent example: General Motors. In the other, the company stops operations and liquidates. Recent example: Borders. The article implies that the bankruptcy that Kodak is considering wold allow it to continue to operate. I don't think liquidiation is in the cards anytime soon.
