No, but keep in mind that there are two types of corporate  
bankruptcies. In one, the company continues to operate; by defaulting  
on its debts, it hopes to become profitable again. Recent example:  
General Motors. In the other, the company stops operations and  
liquidates. Recent example: Borders.

The article implies that the bankruptcy that Kodak is considering wold  
allow it to continue to operate. I don't think liquidiation is in the  
cards anytime soon.
