Thank you all for your help!

I've mapped out a route to visit art spaces in Stockholm and Bergen and
also a film festival in *Tromsø that occurs every January (with films
projected outdoors). Also, **Tromsø is supposed to have some of the best
viewings of the Northern Lights!*

*I have then proposed to attend the Transmediale Festival in Berlin and
have discovered some great resources in Barcelona (one of which is the **Tejido
Conectivo and Xcentric, where there is an active community that experiments
with 16mm and 8mm film. *

*France seems like it has a great community. I really dream of going to
other countries and meeting other communities that are experimenting in
film. *
