A couple of weeks ago, Alpha Cine let me know that their b/w processing was working perfectly again, and that they would report back to this list serve. But as I've not seen such notice, I'm happy to share the good news. I was told that, in their efforts to locate the cause of the former problem, they replaced nearly every single part in the processor! So it's quite likely their work is even better than before. As ever, the quality of their processing is matched by their customer service. I love these folks, and look forward to working with them once again, as my current projects evolve.
