I have not run 3374 sound stock in-camera, but I have run Agfa ST-8 in
camera.  With conventional reversal processing, if you were to expose at
40 ASA you'd probably be in the ballpark for outdoor pictorial stuff and
for shooting credits.

This stuff is very, very contrasty, though, so you can't just use normal
metering and be able to predict where the line between white and black
falls.  There will be very few midtones.  So either you will need zone
system exposure or you will just have to bracket and see what you like.

I would process just like any conventional reversal film.  If you are doing
your own processing, you could use a low-energy developer and lose some
film speed as well as some contrast.

As always, be careful with estar stock in the camera.
