Right off the top of my head, I do think that audio is incredibly important to Arnold's work, and unfortunately, there is no way to include audio in a gif (yet...), so in that sense I suppose it could be considered a compromise. Unfortunately, my computer isn't loading the gifs that I assume are on that page, so I can't offer any informed criticism, though I assume they are re-mixes and in that sense, I don't think they are a compromise of his work since they by no means are stand-ins for the originals. -LJ
