Indeed. Technicolor Magnecraft was bulldozed some time ago and I believe there is a really good Salvadorian restaurant where it stood.
But... people should know that there _is_ a 16mm dts standard, and there _are_ a small number of theatres that can show it, because it is very cool. I wouldn't recommend making a dts print until you already have several analogue sound prints at the very least.
