Impossibly Easy Triple-Cheese Pie Say cheese! This pie with its delicious blend of cottage, mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses will delight the cheese lover in you. Prep Time:15 min Start to Finish:50 min Makes:6 servings 1/2cup small curd creamed cottage cheese 1/2cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces) 1/2cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces) 1/2cup chopped green bell pepper, if desired 1/2cup Original Bisquick® mix 1cup milk 2eggs 1/2cup French-fried onions 1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Stir together cheeses and bell pepper; spread in pie plate. 2. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate; sprinkle with onions. 3. Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
