hovering at ~711, not good.

Problems with spam leaking onto the mailing lists should be reported
upstream. SourceForge has a support request system for that purpose
(and more). This is not the only mailing list suffering simillar, so
in the end, it benefits everyone else suffering the same.

ACK. We have a similar problem on #free60. People seem to be ignoring
http://free60.org/wiki/IRC_Channel as well. Sigh.
