Isn't this huge news? I read up on the Xenos graphics processor in this
article ( http://www.beyond3d.com/articles/xenos/index.php?p=10 ): 
"In simple terms the MEMEXPORT function is a method by which Xenos can push
and pull vectorised data directly to and from system RAM."

If the data containing the shaders for the king kong demo isn't signed
(which it isn't if it's not inside the executables?) it could be modified to
use the MEMEXPORT instruction to read and write anything to the xbox 360's
unified memory and output information to the screen.
