freeamp2

Hello,

I've just pulled down the freeamp2 cvs module, and going through the style
guide.  I noticed most of the guides are geared towards C code.  There are
no C++ specific guides.  I find this odd since freeamp is written in C++.
So my question is, will freeamp2 be re-implemented in C?

When can we expect to see code in the module?
