(support TGZ instead of .FAT theme fomat, diff is for Beta2 source archive) I created an attach in Bugzilla's bug #198 (go look it up if you care) to change inner flat-format of FAT to TAR. And, for some reason it compresses better than previously...Btw, for some reason GZIP'd TAR is more compact that one compacted by GZIP library (saying, created by MakeTheme) ... hmm. I think it is cool for people to be able to manipulate themes with common tools like GZIP & TAR. One can use MC's VFS or FAR Manager's (win32) MultiArc plugin (similar to VFS) to manipulate them further. Actually, the ease of doing it surprised me. Creating TAR is a breeze, if one does a little as possible of strange stuff, keeps it plain. Like - supporting ONLY ordinary files (not directories or symlinks or volumes - yuck), not looking up/storing permissions or file ownership (NIH in win98, anyway). -- Valters "WaTT" Vingolds ... in order to succeed you have to learn to think of yourself as of a product.
