Licensing core MP3 library for commercial use

I'm from a small start-up company (http://www.webglide,com)  dealing with 3D
animation.
Is there a way to license your MP3 core library not under the GPL?

I found you after downloading source from www.mpeg.org.

If you do not license MP3, would you by chance know of a company that does?
