here's fonts.alias from /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc... hope it works.
I think I have a three line fix. But freeamp seems to be going into
those routines a lot. Doesn't it make sense to get the fonts available
at startup and then just keep using those available, and not just
continually poll for fonts when the mouse moves over a font area? (it
seems it would print that "oops" message when you move the mouse over
the "lcd."
