No, in RTP the odd (n+1) port is used for RTCP (RTP's companion monitoring
protocol).  As far as I know, though, Freeamp doesn't yet implement RTCP.

If Freeamp is using the n+1 port for any purpose other than RTCP, then this
is *broken*, and should be fixed ASAP.  (Otherwise it will mess up when
playing streams from servers - such as "liveCaster" - that send legitimate
RTCP reports on the n+1 port.)
