This sounds like a misbehaving USB device. Disable all peripherals in the BIOS if possible (webcam, fingerprint if present, whatever other junk) And unplug this: uhub3: <vendor 0x8087 product 0x0020, class 9/0, rev 2.00/0.00, addr 2> on usbus1 uhub3: 8 ports with 8 removable, self powered ugen1.3: <Sonix Technology Co., Ltd.> at usbus1 Then give it another try. I don't see anything that screams ACPI problem so much as a device that times out a lot, leaving the kernel waiting. Just a guess though.
