Use a tool to rip the audio (tosha, cdd, cdda2wav, etc etc).. Get all
the tracks you want.
Then run cdrecord like so ->
cdrecord -dev=x,y,z -speed=a -audio track1.wav track2.wav ...
Easy! :)
