        This option was not recognized .....

        in man 4 uvc, has not my webcam code (046d:0825)  but it was recognized.

root@valfenda:/usr/ports/multimedia/webcamd # webcamd -d ugem1.3 -m 
uvc_driver.trace=1
usage: webcamd -d [ugen]<unit>.<addr> -i 0 -v -1 -B
        -d <USB device>
        -i <interface or client number>
