Thanks for the info! I've sent in a different message that I think will fix this problem. The problem is that /usr/local isn't mounted when devd starts, so /usr/local/etc/netconf/bin/netconf won't run, so we terminate immediately (and maybe this points to a bug in devd not logging bad things that happen).
